What is the difference between the canning scoop and a kitchen ladle? You will need a few ladle full to fill up a jar and then getting all the jars to have the same amount get s a bit tricky while with the scoop, 1 or 2 scoop would fill up your jar and as it has measurements on, all jars will have the same amount.
